What the file needs, and how to export it

One row per dispute. We need an Amount column and a Reason or Status column. Date, Order, Currency and a dispute ID make the report sharper. Column names can vary; we recognise the Shopify and Stripe exports as they are.

  • Stripe: Dashboard → Payments → Disputes, then Export and choose CSV.
  • Shopify: open your Shopify Payments chargebacks list in the admin and export it as CSV. No export option on your plan? Copy the disputes into the template below.
