Method
How it’s made
- Every dispute Zevron answered for a store in the network and the bank decided, counted once, as won or lost.
- A row appears only with at least 5 stores and 20 decided disputes behind it; 0 rows are held back today. No store, customer, order or card is ever shown.
- The interval is a 95% Wilson score interval: the range the true rate is likely in, wide when the count is small.
- Stores can leave the network in their settings; their cases leave the index within the hour. Example stores are never counted.
