You pay nothing. Lost, withdrawn or expired disputes carry no fee, and your first 10 disputes are free whatever the outcome.
No. No subscription, no setup fee and no minimum. A month with no wins costs nothing; a month with wins costs 15% of what came back.
If a dispute reached us with two days or more to its evidence deadline and we didn’t file in time, the disputed amount, up to $500, goes on your credit balance and pays your next fees. Nobody has to ask for it.
On Shopify, as usage charges on your Shopify invoice, under the spending cap you approve. Otherwise monthly through Stripe: a saved card is charged for the month’s fees, or we email an invoice payable within 14 days.
We refund or credit the fee for that dispute, for example when it’s reversed on pre-arbitration.
There’s no minimum term or setup fee. Uninstall the Shopify app, disconnect Zevron in Stripe, or close your account from your page. Disputes already filed still carry the fee if they’re won.
