Zevron for Square
Last updated
How Zevron works with your Square account: connecting it, what happens when a dispute opens, billing, and how to leave.
1.Connect Square
- Start from Zevron’s Square App Marketplace listing, or sign up here with Square picked.
- Sign in with your Square login when Square asks, and approve access to your disputes and payments. There are no keys to copy.
- Disputes that are already open are read in the background, so they can take a few minutes to appear.
2.When a dispute opens
Square tells us, and we gather the evidence from the disputed payment (the card checks, amount and date) and your other connected records, write a response for the bank’s reason, and submit it through Square before the due date. A person checks anything unusual first; you can ask to approve every response yourself.
If nobody answers a dispute in time, Square challenges it for you with what it already has. Zevron makes sure the bank sees your full case instead.
3.What Zevron reads
- Disputes: to see each one, its reason and due date, and to submit your response (DISPUTES_READ, DISPUTES_WRITE).
- Payments: the disputed payment’s details, which the bank asks for as proof (PAYMENTS_READ).
4.Billing
No monthly fee. Zevron charges 15% of each dispute we win for you, your first 25 disputes are free, and nothing is charged on a loss. Prices are on our pricing page.
5.Disconnect
Disconnect Square from Your account in Zevron, or remove Zevron from the apps connected in your Square Dashboard. We stop reading and filing at once; responses already submitted stay with the bank. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
6.Get help
Email hello@zevron.ai with your Square business name and, for a dispute, the payment’s date and amount. A person on our team answers. For a question about one dispute, you can also write on that case in Zevron.
