  2. 02

    Every claim has a source

Chargebacks by a poll every 15 minutes and by signed webhook. Each claim in the response points to the record it came from, and a checker blocks any that doesn’t.

  3. 03

    Filed before the deadline

Mollie’s API reads chargebacks but has no call that answers one, so the approved response is marked ready to file and you submit it in Mollie’s dashboard.

How it works

Hi Maya, I’m on the #19286 dispute ($54, due Oct 24). The draft is ready with the order, the renewal terms and the reminder email. One thing would make it much stronger: did Isaac contact your support team before the dispute? Any email or chat works, even a screenshot.

  2. Maya OkaforYou

Found it. Isaac wrote in two weeks before the charge asking to push the next shipment back a week. We moved it, sent the confirmation, and the box went out on the new date. Pasting the exchange:

“Hi, can you push my next order back a week? Going out of town.” / “Done, your next order now ships on the 14th.”

That’s the piece we needed. Asking to delay a shipment shows Isaac knew the subscription was active and chose to keep it, which answers “not authorized” directly. I’ve added it as an exhibit and quoted it in the response. Filing tomorrow morning, well ahead of the deadline.

Can Zevron file in Mollie for me?

Not yet: Mollie’s API has no way to answer a chargeback. Zevron does everything up to that point, and the case shows exactly what to submit.

What about SEPA Direct Debit chargebacks?

A SEPA Direct Debit return can’t be contested, so Zevron records it as lost and doesn’t spend your time on it.
