Every claim has a source
Disputes by a poll every 15 minutes and by signed webhook, at each stage: RFI, pre-chargeback, chargeback and pre-arbitration. Each claim in the response points to the record it came from, and a checker blocks any that doesn’t.
- 03
Filed before the deadline
One challenge per stage: the written response and exhibits go up as files, with the defense reason and the fields Airwallex asks for, within each card scheme’s limits.

How it works- Maya ChenYour reviewer
Hi Maya, I’m on the #19286 dispute ($54, due Oct 24). The draft is ready with the order, the renewal terms and the reminder email. One thing would make it much stronger: did Isaac contact your support team before the dispute? Any email or chat works, even a screenshot.
- Maya OkaforYou
Found it. Isaac wrote in two weeks before the charge asking to push the next shipment back a week. We moved it, sent the confirmation, and the box went out on the new date. Pasting the exchange:
“Hi, can you push my next order back a week? Going out of town.” / “Done, your next order now ships on the 14th.”
- Maya ChenYour reviewer
That’s the piece we needed. Asking to delay a shipment shows Isaac knew the subscription was active and chose to keep it, which answers “not authorized” directly. I’ve added it as an exhibit and quoted it in the response. Filing tomorrow morning, well ahead of the deadline.

Questions
Questions about Airwallex.
Why does Airwallex suit cross-border brands?
Airwallex settles in many currencies, and Zevron reads each dispute in its own currency, so amounts are never converted.
What happens if a stage isn’t answered?
That stage lapses: a chargeback stands, and an unanswered RFI can come back as a chargeback. Zevron files before each stage’s own due date.
