Hi Maya, I’m on the #19286 dispute ($54, due Oct 24). The draft is ready with the order, the renewal terms and the reminder email. One thing would make it much stronger: did Isaac contact your support team before the dispute? Any email or chat works, even a screenshot.

Found it. Isaac wrote in two weeks before the charge asking to push the next shipment back a week. We moved it, sent the confirmation, and the box went out on the new date. Pasting the exchange:
“Hi, can you push my next order back a week? Going out of town.” / “Done, your next order now ships on the 14th.”

That’s the piece we needed. Asking to delay a shipment shows Isaac knew the subscription was active and chose to keep it, which answers “not authorized” directly. I’ve added it as an exhibit and quoted it in the response. Filing tomorrow morning, well ahead of the deadline.

Is the Appstle key read-only?
Appstle’s API keys are not limited to reading. Zevron only reads with it, and you can revoke the key in Appstle at any time.
