How it works- Maya ChenYour reviewer
Hi Maya, I’m on the #19286 dispute ($54, due Oct 24). The draft is ready with the order, the renewal terms and the reminder email. One thing would make it much stronger: did Isaac contact your support team before the dispute? Any email or chat works, even a screenshot.

Found it. Isaac wrote in two weeks before the charge asking to push the next shipment back a week. We moved it, sent the confirmation, and the box went out on the new date. Pasting the exchange:
“Hi, can you push my next order back a week? Going out of town.” / “Done, your next order now ships on the 14th.”

That’s the piece we needed. Asking to delay a shipment shows Isaac knew the subscription was active and chose to keep it, which answers “not authorized” directly. I’ve added it as an exhibit and quoted it in the response. Filing tomorrow morning, well ahead of the deadline.
Example conversation.
Questions
Questions about Seal Subscriptions.
Where is the Seal API token?
In Shopify open Apps, Seal Subscriptions, then Settings, General Settings, API. Zevron needs the token, not the API secret.
What does Seal’s log prove?
It records the emails Seal sent and the changes made to the subscription, with dates, so a response can show the reminder went out and nothing was cancelled before the charge.
