Consider Chargeflow if
Merchants who want prevention scanning and alerts as well as recovery from one vendor, across many processors, and who are comfortable pricing each product separately.
Consider Zevron if
Subscription brands who want the disputes answered for them from subscription, delivery and support records, at one published fee, and a monthly report on why they happen.
Where Zevron is behind
- Zevron is newer, and doesn’t yet have a public track record. We’ll publish results by dispute reason once we have enough decided cases.
- Zevron lists fewer integrations. Other processors work by forwarded email or CSV, which is more manual.
- Zevron doesn’t score orders for fraud before they ship. It works on disputes and prevention reporting.
- Zevron doesn’t yet hold a SOC 2 report. See the trust page for what we do today.
Questions
Is Zevron cheaper than Chargeflow?
The published recovery rates differ, 15% for Zevron and 25% for Chargeflow’s Automation product, but the products aren’t the same. Chargeflow prices prevention and alerts separately, and Zevron doesn’t offer pre-transaction scanning. Compare the total for what you’d actually use.
Does Zevron do chargeback alerts like Chargeflow?
Zevron handles pre-dispute alerts you receive from Ethoca, Verifi or Stripe, refunding automatically under a limit you set. It doesn’t sell the alert service itself.
Which is better for Shopify subscriptions?
Both connect to Shopify. Zevron’s focus is subscription evidence specifically; Chargeflow’s is broader. A short trial of each on your real disputes is the best test.
