Consider Disputifier if
Merchants who want responses, alerts and fraud or delivery prevention under one roof, value a published per-recovery cap on large disputes, and need a wide processor list.
Consider Zevron if
Subscription brands who want every claim in the response cited and checked, subscription-specific records such as cancellation logs and reminders, and a lower published rate on smaller disputes.
Where Zevron is behind
- Zevron is newer, and doesn’t yet have a public track record. We’ll publish results by dispute reason once we have enough decided cases.
- Zevron lists fewer integrations. Other processors work by forwarded email or CSV, which is more manual.
- Zevron doesn’t score orders for fraud before they ship. It works on disputes and prevention reporting.
- Zevron doesn’t yet hold a SOC 2 report. See the trust page for what we do today.
Questions
How do the fees compare?
Disputifier publishes 20% of recovered revenue capped at $250 per recovery. Zevron publishes 15% with no published cap and the first 10 disputes free. On a large dispute the cap can make Disputifier cheaper; on typical subscription amounts the lower rate is lower. Work it out on your average dispute.
Does Zevron have fraud prevention?
No. Zevron works on disputes and prevention reporting, not pre-transaction fraud scoring. If you want order screening, Disputifier lists it as a product.
Which has more integrations?
Disputifier lists 64. Zevron lists 20. If your processor isn’t on our list, disputes can still be added by forwarding the email or uploading a CSV.
