Large, multi-processor merchants and SaaS enterprises who want a managed platform, a long processor list and published security certifications, and are happy to start with a demo and a quote.
Consider Zevron if
Subscription brands who want to start today, see the price up front, and have disputes answered from subscription, delivery and support records without an enterprise engagement.
Where Zevron is behind
- Zevron is newer, and doesn’t yet have a public track record. We’ll publish results by dispute reason once we have enough decided cases.
- Zevron lists fewer integrations. Other processors work by forwarded email or CSV, which is more manual.
- Zevron doesn’t score orders for fraud before they ship. It works on disputes and prevention reporting.
- Zevron doesn’t yet hold a SOC 2 report. See the trust page for what we do today.
Questions
Does Justt publish its pricing?
On the pages we reviewed it says it uses success-based pricing, you pay only when you win, and to contact them for details. We didn’t find a public rate. Zevron’s is public: 15% of what’s recovered.
Is Zevron SOC 2 certified?
Not yet. Our trust page lists what we do today. Justt’s site states SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001-family certifications. If a certification is a hard requirement, that matters more than anything else on this page.
Which is better for a small subscription brand?
That depends on volume and process. Zevron is self-serve with a free start. Justt describes enterprise scale and a demo-led start, so it’s likely a better fit as you grow.
